Reflexology and Aromatherapy help reduce mental and physical fatigue and daily stress while promoting faster healing of injured muscular tissues, improve posture and reduce blood pressure.  Clients receiving regular bodywork experience and benefit from a sound restful nights sleep, improved concentration, a reduction in anxiety and feel a sense of total well-being.

In order to achieve these goals it is important to understand how the body and all its parts function and can benefit from exercise, maintaining a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water for proper hydration and getting a restful-sound night's sleep.
